Tuesday, August 10, 2010 starting at 12:00noon and lasting all day.

OTEK014 is Don's user ID to include when entering "heat tickets" to timekeeping.
A heat ticket can be entered to timekeeping by going to the second page ("My UP") of the employee website and just under Bookmarks, click on "Crew", go down to "TK Service Center" to generate ticket for a claim complaint or pay issue. By entering Don's user ID, he will receive a copy of your ticket.
You can also enter Don's user ID under your personal info in CMTS to allow him Local Chairman access.
Also, use Don's office line 951-275-9999 to fax items to him.

Be sure to vote and return your ballot in regards to the proposed change to the National Divison Rules on the voting procedure for National Division officers.

Recently a letter was sent out to the membership from the National Division in regards to the Part B of the Short Term Disability policy.
If you already are paying the $23.00 per month which equals $138.00 or above for your 660 monthly dues, you do not need to do anything.
This notice is for members who "opted-out" last year and wish to start up the Part B again during this open enrollment period.
Part B is the portion of the policy that covers you if hurt while on duty. Part A is the portion that covers you while hurt off duty and is paid by the UP.
